data protection, of your personal data for the purposes defined in this Privacy Policy.

The Club will process the following personal data about you:
Last name, first name, date of birth, address, email address, IP address, information from (social) media, including images, bank account number, etc.
The Club will only process your personal data in relation to the following purposes: 
conclude sales-purchase contracts for tickets and / or season tickets, products / services of the club or its strategic partners /
sponsors registration of an online account for use of online services, website, shop, mobile app, etc.
The Club will provide you with relevant information if it intends to process personal data for purposes other than those specified in this Privacy Policy.

 3. Legal basis
The Club relies on your explicit consent for the processing of your personal data as part of this privacy policy. 
You explicitly agree that the Club processes your personal data for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy
by clicking on the "I ACCEPT" box or any other similar in action solution.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
This withdrawal will not affect the legality of the processing based on your consent before the withdrawal.
In certain cases, the Club requests your personal data to conclude a contract with you and to execute this contract,
for example the sale of products in the online store, sale of tickets / season tickets, etc.
The execution of a contract will in this respect be considered as the legal basis for the processing of your
personal data (instead of consent). You are contractually obliged to share your personal data with the Club in this regard.
The Club may not be able to execute a contract if you object to the processing of your personal data.
Sending commercial messages (direct marketing) for example by e-mail or SMS, can be authorized
without your consent, e.g. because these messages are related to our previous contacts or to your interest
for our products and services. You can let us know at any time that you no longer wish to receive direct marketing messages (unsubscribe).

The Club may transfer your personal data to third parties if required by law or by a
court order to do so (for example, but not limited to, stadium bans).
In the event of sale or total or partial reorganization of the Club, your personal data may be transferred to third parties.

Your personal data will only be processed in the European Economic Area.

6. Period during which the data will be stored
The Club will keep your personal data for the duration of the use of its services, if necessary, 
for the above-mentioned purposes, or as long as it is legally required to store your personal data.
The Club will delete or anonymize

you have the right to request:

 8. Minors
If you are under 16, ask your parents or someone responsible for parental consent to the processing of your personal data in the context of this Privacy policy.

9. Changes to this privacy policy
The Club may change the provisions of this Privacy Policy. 
The club will announce each new version of its Privacy Policy and will ask for your consent by the means mentioned in article 5.
