The buyer is the solely holder of the ticket, he is required to pay the amount due, even when the tickets gave been given to a third party. The tickets can never be sold to third, nor yielded to third in a business relation, without prior authorization de RUSG. The person who buys on this site agrees with the terms and conditions of use for each payment of purchase.

1. Placing an order

Every reservation of tickets is only confirmed after receipt of payment.

The buyer will receive an email from Ogone (payment platform). After the payment, a confirmation mail with all reservation details is sent as well.

Please verify whether these confirmation mails have not been sorted as spam when the confirmation mail has not arrived on the day of the reservation. When the buyer cannot find the confirmation mail, the buyer must inform us as soon as possible.

2. Payment

Unless otherwise stated, all our prices are including VAT and other taxes.

When the payment is conducted via credit card or by the home banking platform Ogone, the payment is immediate. The buyer receives an email from Ogone with all payment details.

Ogone is the payment institution that monitors all online transactions and confirms whether payment has been made, yes or no.

3. Delivery

After receiving payment, the buyer receives an email from Ogone shortly after the order confirmation email. In this email, a summary of the payment and the vouchers will be attached in PDF format.

Only the first supplier of the voucher will have access to the Stadium. Each other copy of the coupon will be considered an attempted fraud and will not receive a ticket. Prosecutions are possible.

4. Refund

Tickets will not be refunded, even in the event of loss, damage, or theft.

The right of withdrawal is not considered because this immediate service (in this case, booking tickets) does not concern services related to leisure activities.

Tickets that are not picked up will not be refunded.

5. Exchange

Tickets cannot be exchanged.

6. Modifications

If the organizer changes the date or time of the match or even cancels it, it is up to the organizer to decide whether and under what conditions tickets / subscriptions can be refunded, exchanged or if additional costs can be applied.
